sayjet provides a feedback collection and management platform that allows organizations to:

• Collect user feedback through customizable forms
• Manage multiple feedback channels
• Configure webhooks for real-time notifications
• Analyze and respond to user feedback

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Our Service offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free tier includes basic features with limitations (1 channel)
• Paid plans offer additional features and higher limits
• Payments are processed through Paddle
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
• No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• Upon cancellation, you will be downgraded to the free tier with its limitations

5. User Content

Regarding feedback and content submitted through our Service:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us license to use content for service provision
• You are responsible for content compliance with laws
• We may remove content that violates our policies

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Interfere with Service operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
